Every pet is unique and sometimes their care needs a little something extra. Optional add-ons and additional fees help ensure your pet gets the time, attention and care they deserve.
Applies when more than one dog requires additional handling, walking time or supervision.
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
LONGER BOOKINGS
Bookings longer than 7 days require a 50% deposit to secure your dates.
The remaining balance is due after services have finished.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation fees apply when less than 7 days' notice is provided.

For an additional small pet (cat, rabbit, bird) requiring a separate routine, feeding area or care schedule.
If multiple pets share them same routine and setup, no additional charge applies.
